LeanWorks supports the most common meeting platforms so you can monetize recordings without changing your workflow.
Your recordings help build more human-centered AI that can better understand real conversation flow, context shifts, tone, and intent across professional interactions. The goal is to improve how AI supports people in communication-heavy work while preserving contributor trust through privacy-first data handling.
Before any training use, recordings go through privacy controls: personal identifiers are removed, sensitive details are redacted, files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized reviewers only. Submitted data is not used to replicate your voice, facial features, or personal information such as names or credentials.

Recordings must have stable video and understandable audio for all speaking participants. Calls with heavy noise, missing audio, frozen video, or severe lag may not qualify. Keep framing, lighting, and microphone quality clear enough for reliable review.
Calls should reflect authentic communication, natural expressions, and realistic discussion flow. Scripted role-play, repetitive staged dialogue, or artificially created scenarios are not accepted. Submissions should represent genuine meeting behavior.
You should only submit recordings where all participants have appropriate permission or consent for recording and sharing. Remove or avoid sharing confidential material, personal identifiers, and protected business information before submission.
Files should be complete, properly exported, and easy to review. Use consistent file naming, avoid duplicate uploads, and ensure each submission matches requested format and quality expectations so onboarding and payment processing stay smooth.
